After completing the beginning sewing class, you’ll be ready to take your sewing skills to the next level! The projects for this class are:
- Rope Bowl: these fabric-lined bowls are a great addition to any home decor. We will explore many variation options. You'll want to make these again and again!
- Humbug Bag: you will learn basic quilting skills and how to insert a zipper!
- Reversible Apron: with many variations to add your own flare, you’ll create an apron with pockets, choice of straps, and a lining.
Supplies, fabric, notions and patterns are not included in the class fee but are available for purchase at the first class. Your costs will vary based on fabrics and supplies chosen. Each student receives a 15% discount on supplies purchased at Sewing Concepts.Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines. Sewing machines will be available for those who are unable to bring their own machine. Sewing Concepts is located on the square in downtown Woodstock.
