Step into the role of a winemaker and discover the art of the "assemblage" using professional lab tools like pipettes and graduated cylinders. You’ll experiment with various red varietals to master the balance of flavor, body, and aroma. By the end of the session, you’ll have applied your new skills to design and bottle your very own signature red blend. This class includes wine tasting with light hors d’oeuvres provided. Age 21+
