Mario, Executive Chef and Owner of Pasta Bar, will show you how to make ravioli and agnolotti by hand as well as demonstrate the pasta extrusion process. Each student will go home with one pound of handmade egg pasta and one pound of extruded pasta. Additional Pasta Bar products will be available for review and purchase.
