Embracing play and learning improv can have a transformative impact on adults' personal and professional lives. Improv offers numerous benefits: it promotes creativity, enhances communication skills, and boosts self-confidence. It encourages adults to let go of inhibitions and embrace spontaneity, tapping into their inner child for joy and laughter. Play is important for adults as it reduces stress, improves cognitive function, and fosters social connections. Get outside of your comfort zone and play! No previous experience is necessary. This class will include some physical movement.
