Learn how to choose the right knives, care for them properly, and safely cut almost anything in the kitchen—without cutting yourself. This hands-on class focuses on essential knife techniques that make home cooking quicker, easier, and more enjoyable. Participants will prepare a boxed charcuterie and an apple galette, and assist with cleanup. Registration includes two people.
