Mario, Executive Chef and Owner of Pasta Bar will show you how to make several different shapes pasta shapes by hand as well as demonstrating the pasta extrusion process. Each Student will go home with 1 pound of handmade egg pasta and 1 pound of extruded pasta. Additional Pasta Bar products will be available for review and purchase.
