Having a baby is life-changing in the best and hardest ways, and learning how to share the load is one of the most important (and often overlooked) parts of the journey. The Nurturing Balance Framework offers simple, practical tools to help couples divide responsibilities, reduce stress, and feel more connected during the perinatal period. By supporting a more equitable partnership, this class can also help reduce the risk of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. Nurturing Balance is taught by Rachael M. Jones, a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified perinatal mental health professional specializing in working with moms and couples in the perinatal period. Your class fee includes a workbook to start in class and take home to keep the conversation going. Class fee is per couple.
