In this hands-on camp, students will design and build a "useless" box while learning valuable skills in welding, automation, robotics, and mechatronics. During the first two days, students will focus on TIG welding, shop safety, and metal fabrication to create their box. Over the next two days, they will explore automation and robotics to make their box functional. Students will also learn about the world of manufacturing and experience the new Foglia Center for Advanced Technology and Innovation at MCC.
