Step back in time and experience daily life on a 150-acre pioneer farm in McHenry County, dating back to 1862. Uncovered through a forgotten attic diary, this collection of memories paints a vivid portrait of historic Woodstock featuring children's play, one-room schoolhouses, and seasonal crop harvests. It offers a nostalgic look at mid-nineteenth-century agriculture and the enduring memorabilia of Illinois prairie life. This will be a walking presentation. In the event of poor weather conditions, the class will be moved to the Catalyst Campus in Woodstock.
