This course is designed for students who have completed French 1 or have an equivalent beginner foundation and are ready to continue developing their communication skills. It is especially recommended for returning students who previously studied French and want to progress to the next level. Students will expand their vocabulary, strengthen grammar foundations, and build confidence speaking French in real-life situations. The course emphasizes communication, listening comprehension, cultural understanding, and practical language use. It is ideal for motivated adult learners who want to keep building their French skills in a friendly, supportive, and interactive environment. The recommended textbook and activity book is Mon Alter Ego 1 (A1) by Catherine Hugot, both available on Amazon.
