In this advanced camp, students will learn how to make scratch-made breads and pastas, master saute techniques, and create sauces to accompany the dishes. Students will also continue developing knife skills and advanced pastry techniques. 

Notice: The MCC Culinary Program is a classic French-based program; many varieties of allergens may be found in the teaching kitchen such as nuts, seafood, and gluten. Students with these allergies are advised not to enroll.
