In this beginner camp, students will learn to safely and properly handle a knife, prepare a variety of recipes using premade dough, puff pastry, and breakfast foods, and develop introductory baking and pastry skills.
Notice: The MCC Culinary Program is a classic French-based program; many varieties of allergens may be found in the teaching kitchen such as nuts, seafood, and gluten. Students with these allergies are advised not to enroll.
